To travel all over and maybe above the world.
Wouldn't it be great if it could travel on the Space Shuttle or a Soyuz capsule.
This was a Christmas 2005 gift to my niece who has only been out geocaching with her other uncle (my brother) and my mother (her grandma) and I once. Perhaps next year or some time later I'll let her keep it, so its travels should bring it back near Massachusetts eventually I hope.
A Tardis is an acronym for the travel device that Doctor Who used. Time And Relative Dimensions In Space, kind of a dumb acronym don't you think? The British phone booth that it looks like has been all over the universe and all over time from the Big Bang to the very distant future, and even into some alternate/parallel dimensions/universes.
It's bigger on the inside then it is on the outside as you may be able to deduce since I can fit the travel bug serial number dog tag inside it, but then again maybe all of the Earth could fit inside it.
If you have a digital camera then please consider taking a picture of the Bug and barcode side of the dog tag (please do not show the serial number). I just might replace the poor photo currently here with yours.
