A huge and sincere thanks to all of the people who have helped this travel bug reach New Zealand!!!!! The second stage of the journey can now begin, a return to the United States. Now however, rather than returning the T.B. to Arizona, my family has relocated to Alaska where we teach in a rural school district. We'd be thrilled to have Meghy's Traveller head this way.
This is a little stuffed javelina named after my daughter. It is the first travel bug that we have sent out and we hope it logs a lot of interesting miles. UPDATE--Please don't be confused by the log book goal. What happened is that we set up the TB with the goals of traveling around the SW, then when we released the TB, we wrote the goal of New Zealand on the log book and didn't think of changing the web page until after the TB was picked up for the first time. This TB would desperately like to make it to NZ and back.

Strange. The logbook that is with this traveller states 'My goal is travel to New Zealand to visit some freinds'. Yet this TB page states the goal is to travel around Southern Arizona. We're heaqding to Australia in a couple months and thought about taking him down under. But that's too far away, so we'll let him loose in Southern Arizona.
