Dutch Climbing 8

I'm a miniature piece of mountaineering equipment, called a 'figure eight'. Sometimes just called "eight", I am most commonly used as a descender, but may also be used as a belay device during mountain climbing. I like to keep traveling! Officially I originate from a country without mountains: The Netherlands, but I like to travel throughout all mountain regions across the world. My owner is a very friendly climber, please make a nice picture of me and yourself and attach it to your log :-)
