It's finally Furry Boots' day! Having had them activated for nearly a year now, they have sat in my hall for all that time.

They tried to get up to Aberdeen (Scotland) several times in the long harsh winter we've had, but being long and harsh, the weather prevented them going each time. Then their owner was too busy. They started wondering whether they would EVER start their journey.

Then they learned that they were going to get their chance today! Almost at the same time, their owner started a multi-part attempt to walk the West Highland Way (the day before). It's 95 miles; their journey is significantly longer. Who will finish first...?
