The Wicked Witch of the East just wants to go East. Once picked up, she must be placed in a cache that is farther east than the one you found her in. North and South are ok as long as there is some East, but never place her to the West, or you'll have 3 months of bad luck.
Ive heard rumor that posting a picture of you and the witch, will bring good luck to your future!
