Die Leistungsspange ist das höchste Leistungsabzeichen für ein Mitglied der Deutschen Jugendfeuerwehr. Sie wird verliehen, wenn ein Jugendfeuerwehrmitglied in einer Gruppe in fünf Bereichen (1.500m Staffellauf, Kugelstoßen, Schnelligkeitsübung, Löschangriff nach FwDV 3 und ein Wissenstest) zeigt, dass er/sie körperlich und geistig den Anforderungen gewachsen ist. Voraussetzung für die Abnahme der Leistungsspange ist die mindestens einjährige Zugehörigkeit zu einer Jugendfeuerwehrgruppe und ein Mindestalter von 15 Jahren notwendig.
