I got an email from tahoesandy - "Bet you can't ride your bike all the way up to I WAS HERE FIRST. I left a bike in the cache for you. GO GET IT!!!!!!"

I rode my bike up there and was FTF! There was a note with this bike telling me to turn it into a trackable.
