The travel bugs check out Hadrian's Wall - built by the Romans in the year 122 AD. The piece of limestone next to the TB's was discarded by the builders and you can still see the chisel marks made by the Romans!

This was also the place where "Quincy's European TB Tour" said goodbye to a very special travel bug - Crazy Lady. 😟

After a few days of unsuccessful Nessie-finding along Loch Ness, it was time to head back down to England. The TB Tour took a minor route thru the Scottish/English borderlands to get that small-town feel along the way.

"Quincy's European TB Tour" crossed the Firth Of Forth bridge and went into Edinburgh! A tour of Edinburgh Castle included seeing the Scottish crowl jewels and the infamous Stone of Destiny!!!

The tour moves north into Scotland! First order of business was to go up the Wallace Monument and get an awesome view of Stirling! Inside the monument is the sword that belonged to William Wallace (a.k.a. Bravehart), and it's almost 6 feet long!
