Dr. Octopus does not like being out of his element. He is most comfortable in underwater caches. Something about being submerged soothes his inner soul. He hates being on land for long periods of time. So if you come across Dr. Octopus, please send on his way to his next watery destination, or else, he will be very angry.

About This Item

Dr. Octopus is green, 2 inches tall and is waving around his six arms. He is conveniently strapped to his tracking device by way of twist tie.
