About This Item

What is that?

Getting to work with animals each and every day at the aquarium here in Baltimore is a dream come true. I hope this trackable encourages others to share in my passion of the animal kingdom!

(Just like a sock in the dryer my original TB with this name got lost never to be seen again. Therefore, I'm giving this another shot....)

We love animals, and were very happy to discover Mote a while back. We have made many trips there since, and knew this bug would have to visit there! So much good work comes out of what they do here. They also have one of the largest collections of Dolphin bones around (not on public view).

  • Green Sea Turtle This turtle came to Mote injured and unable to move its back legs. It is healthy, but can never be released. It was swimming around and biting at the top of the water while we watched. Due to the injury it can't submerge too deep.
