This is the hereditary seat of the infamous Frankentrowels. It's dark and forbidding halls are not for the faint-hearted. If you approach, beware! The ghosts of previous generations walk the mysterious, damp corridors. Eldritch lights have been seen at dead of night and terrible noises have been heard, like the grumblings of a flatulent gargoyle. These are often accompanied by the feral snortings of the daemon pig and at these times the castle must be avoided at all costs, lest you succumb to the foul stenches that emanate from within.

During the UK Mega Event in ESSEX I had the chance to meet many other cachers.
My first time in England and it was a superb experience.
Next year, we'll join this "troop" again in Wales and hope that the organization will be able to give us the same hospitality as we've found here.
Thx to all cachers who wanted to share there coins, TBs and other trackables.

Seen at Essex Mega Event, our first experience of a Mega event and what a treat. Organisers were SOOOOO friendly. Hooked. Had a great day enjoying the lab caches and opportunity to chat to so many cachers. Stayed a couple of days in nearby hotel, tempted to camp next time. Sorry can't say more about the bug as there were so many to spot... a guitar, beer crate, giant dinosaur, TATTOO ! dog, wellington boot, watering can, cars, flags and t-shirts on caches. Now off to get one printed! . HOWEVER I can say I chortled at reading the description, glad I didn't enter the building!!!
