The sunflower is the State Flower of Kansas. This is the 2009 edition of larry739's annual tribute to his home :-) This time, in addition to glitter, he added his caching nick in the center of the flower.
We think that this was the last of his Kansas Sunshine mini-geocoins. We definitely did not buy any after this, and we don't think that we ever got a notification from him about one for 2010. We bought some for each of the four years that he did these: 2006-2009.
