Current Goal

To go from place to place & show pictures of it's travels. This bug really loves high places, if you know your states highest point please take me there and snap a photo or two, though any old high point will do.

About This Item

62 chevy

This tag was formerly a 62 chevy, but the tag and car got separated during its travels & a nice cacher(alnielsen) grabbed the tag and got it going again!

We got this tag as a FTF prize in Junction Ridge multi-cache (GCY2PZ). This was also our 400th find, so this tag honors the milestone.

This bug is on a mission to visit High places everywhere, and to get pictures of the views along the way.

Retrieve It from a Cache 12/19/2006 sunseekers retrieved it from Rockin & Rolling on Gibraltar Wisconsin   Visit Log

We retrieved our cache from Rockin & Rollin on Gibraltar and found your 62 chevy inside. Our plans are to take it along to Florida with us at the end of the month and leave it in a cache there. As you probably know - Florida is FLAT, but we'll try to find a high point to leave it.

Also thanks for sending me to the geocachers comments on PeWit's Nest. I felt a little better after knowing that I wasn't the only person who disagreed with the DNR's ruling. It's too bad that geocachers can not be shown this unusual place anymore. To me it was a good example of what geocaching was all about.

I did hear from someone at geocaching that they are reconsidering the ParFrey's Glen cache since so many people already use that park. So maybe the issue isn't entirely finished.
