Owner is back! Current goal is to see which truck can be the first to get back to the "Menno Night Cache" in Asheville, NC. This truck is currently in first place based on mileage travelled but if I subtract the 2000 miles head start I gave it, it is pretty close to being overtaken by ZC's truck. (Thanks to all the "pit crew" who kept these trucks going while I was gone.)
Original Goal: The goal is to see which truck has traveled the furthest and to the most states and/or countries when I return from my extended trip. The exact time of my return is presently unknown. If A.K. can retrieve this truck again after it has been outside the state of North Carolina and get his picture taken with it in front of the sign near the Menno Night Cache, he will get credit for 1000 bonus miles in this truck race.
This truck was a championship race truck when driven by Bobby Hamilton in 2004. He is now looking for a new champion driver in a different kind of race. This truck, driven by A.K., is in a race with three identical trucks driven by the other SS Boys I have taken geocaching with me. Race began at the Menno Night Cache in Asheville, NC shortly before I left on a long trip to a foreign country.
