About This Item

Karen's Karisma
Needs desperately to travel to England. Either to Kingston Univeristy, Surrey, or to Richmond, Surrey. Either is fine. When the Karisma gets there, E-mail me to get the instructions how to deliver this important document to Karen.

Karen is our best friend in England. As many British, her mind gets clogged by the humid and chilly weather. That is why she forgets our birthdays, or she puts them on the wrong dates. We, her friends in a more firendly climate would like to excersise her mind and get all the humid stuff shaken off the brain connections. That is why we want you to help us improve karens Karisma.

Simply, pick up the Karisma (the book), write your name and your E-mail address on the date of your birthday. You may, if you want, add a personal greeting to her in the other sections of the book. When you have done that, Write Karen an E-mail telling her something something similar to the following:

"The important document has traveled to...... (your city, or the place where you are hiding the cache), It will reach you in due time, - hopefully in time for you to be usefull in your daily life."

Karen knows nothing about this, so please don't let her talk you into telling her what the important document is. :)

    Nearly 2.5 years and it has reached it's destination.. can't believe my friends were crazy enough to do this, on second thoughts why am I so surprised!!!! Now I have even more birthdays to look out for.

    😁 A big applause to toum-toum for agreeing to pick up Karens Karisma and hand it over to our middle-man, Nick this coming Saturday.

    The plot thickens! Karen will most likely get her Karisma next week. She hasn't complained much lately about "strange" e-mails about "an important" document. g Maybe we should all send her a reminder; saying now the document is really close. ;)

    Anyhow. Again; thank you so much, everyone for participating in this. We will make a final report to tell about the "hand-over".

    Visted yesterday late in the evening this cache again to grab the TB Karens Karisma. Barefoot the owner of the cache aked me if it is possible for me to give the TB to anotherperson without GPS to bring it to the final destination.

    Soory, I have to go to Paris and later on to Barcelona - so no time to bring the TB to Kingston Surrey. Anyway, only some miles to complete the mission. Hope another cacher will bring the TB to Kingston soon.

    YAYAYAY!!! Thank you all you clever geocachers! I can't believe it'!! Karens Karisma has been on the road almost 2 years to the day!

    We are trying to figure out a grand delivery for Karen. Her environment has changed a "little". She still works at the Kingston University, but is now in maternity leave. She gave birth to identical twins last month!! Gabriella and Lucy clogged up Karens mind so much that she put my birthday back a month this year as well. lol I'm sure she'll blame the two little babies for that error.

    Anyhow; if any of you out there have suggestions about how we could make this "hand over" a grand one; let us know. We'd love to make it a really fun day for her. She so needs it at the moment! Suggestions, anyone? :)

    Grabbed the TB from Munich Airport and now the TB isn't far away to complete his Mission. I'm still working in Bourne End and living in Maidenhaed for three months. Not far from Kingston. As I have no car here yet, I will drop off the TB near Maidenhead (if I have time before Christmas). Else perhaps more closer to Kingston. Let's see!
