Actually found this one in Spanish Fork. And my bad. It wasn't listed and had no mission attached, so it's going to overshoot Moab and go see the bikers in Texas.

Intense is going to get to Moab one of these days!
Picked it up during Blast the Mass (a VERY hard core downhill mountain bike event at Snowmass Ski Area) and will be taking it west - to Utah. Hopefully on its way to Moab...before Moab Dreamer. (Of course so far, it's been 4 years and it hasn't gotten there yet!)

Intense was found off a beautiful trail, but has seen some rather rugged miles. Some well meaning park rangers provided some basic maintenance (did not have the parts to repair the pedal), and sent him west.

  • Intense on the way up... to Mindadwg's Yearling cache. It is about a 1200 foot elevation gain over about 3 miles. One of our favorite bikes rides!
  • Intense in the meadow... almost to the cache!
  • My bike on the trail after we dropped of Intense.
  • Red Mesa Loop. What the trail looks like on the way down.
