Although we can't get down to the Cherokee National Forest, we thought Gurki would enjoy visiting the Nicolet National Forest - a wonderful northern Wisconsin forest where Mrs. CBIIJ's father worked for many years. Right now the fall colors are beautiful! We hope you'll enjoy the pics.

I know Gurki is trying to get to Turtleville TN and this is only 13 miles south of were I retrieved him, but at least he is headed in the right direction now.
