We love going to events, meeting geocachers, and having lots of fun “finding treasure”. See us at an event or a cache & get our number. And maybe a pic to two with us.
This travel bug is actually 3 little "bugs", my grandkids. I’ve been taking them geocaching with me since I started caching. But now that they’re getting older they’ve been coming more often and going to more events with me. They are really getting into this “treasure hunting” and every time they come over they ask “Can we go find treasure today?”. When we look at the pics we’ve taken on our hunts (or the screen saver on the pc -- which is all pics of events we've been to) they say, “Can we go do that again?”
So I thought I’d turn them into a travel bug, to log their adventures with me caching. And hopefully other cachers will enjoy meeting them at events and logging the travel bug.
In honor of their new status as a travel BUG, they all chose bug names. Noah decided on "spiderboy", Otteria chose "June-bug", and Marisa chose "Cricket".
The Bug Crew has now expanded to 4 members. Angel has officially joined the group and chosen the name of "Miss Grasshopper".
