Top Hat Frosty was created in Ely,MN, USA. He wants to spend the winter in the warmer parts of the USA and then in the spring move north to one of my caches in Ely, Minnesota. Please help him get there. PLEASE KEEP OUT OF MOTELS OR ANY CACHE THAT STORES BUGS FOR DISTRIBUTION. THANKS.
