Finally found a "Q" cache for the TB. Realized later that despite earlier posts, the TB still needs to visit an "E" cache to fulfill it's mission. Hopefully, the next cacher to pick up the TB will be able to do that (I think there are couple possibilities in west and south Salem).

Picked up at Jessie's Geocache II (GCKFK5). This is the first TB I’ve picked up. It’s getting tricky to place, but I have a couple of caches in mind that I think would suit it just fine. 😉
