Enjoy-Remember where you were when man first walked on the moon
Mid size coin with heft. Excellent 3-D work and design. Front shows the rollout of Apollo 11. The dull silver is the medallion color and the enamel in the rim is red. The medallion has base background metal texture. The 3-D work is delicate and smooth. The rim has red glitter enamel which is sharp against the copper metal color. The script says "July 16, 1969...13:32:00 UTC." and "Apollo 11 Mission". The artwork is of the return module and is the icon as well as being presented 4 times on the rim The reverse continues with the metal and enamel colors. The medallion has raised script that says "Mission Name: Apollo 11, Command Module : CM-107, Call sign : Columbia, Service Module: SM-107, Lunar Module: LM-5, Call Sign: Eagle, Booster: Saturn V SA-506, Crew Size: 3". The rim script says "40 Years First Man On The Moon" and "1969-2009. Comes in several color and metal combos. This one is dull silver and red glitter. This metal appears to be the best for showing detail. Euro coin. Excellent coin. ------------------------------So many of my trackables have been muggled that I only release my GCs as virtuals. If you do not approve of this, please leave it in the cache for a cacher who understands. Thanks. ER

Thanks to the 2023 Christmas Day blizzard my daughter, JMVonFange, was delayed in heading home so we spent the bonus time together comparing our caching statistics including trackables discovered and looking through our geocaching pictures. JM has discovered significantly more trackables that I have mainly because while we were staying home during the pandemic she spent time online and spotted numerous TBs that were being shared virtually on various social media sites like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, etc. Thankfully, she still had a few notes that helped guide my search for the same trackables that she had already discovered. After looking at the TB page for each of the TBs that she had discovered, I found that a large number all belonged to several individuals and sent a message to them individually inquiring about permission to log their trackables. This travel bug was on the list that you shared with me.

What an exceptionally large, but especially beautiful collection of coins and travel bugs are in this life work / project
I admire the work of making copies of it and sending them around
You gave me the idea: I also made this week a copy of 10 coins to let them travel in the coming weeks
Very nice specimens and interesting pages
