Current Goal

This bear was purchased in Alaska, and wants to go back home! Ultimately the bear's mission is to go from Rome to Nome and back again. However, there are many cousins he would love to visit along the way in some National Parks:
Yellowstone National Park, Montana
Yosemite National Park, California

Once in Alaska, this carnivore would like to go to the following places before returning home:
Denali National Park
Glacier Bay National Park
Kenai Fjords National Park with a stop in Seward
And finally, Nome! Then back home for a breather.

He's hit up the Rocky Mountains, thanks to cogeo! One down, tons to go.

Will he escape the dire humidity of his present situation in Florida? Will he once again make the trek NW...this time past Colorado? Only time will tell...

About This Item

Nice TB. Not going North, but will move. Got a good chance of getting there now that it has made it to the NW (although most folks don't go in winter). Thanks.

This one caught my eye--you can tell by my geocaching name, Nanook56. In case somebody doesn't know it, nanook is Eskimo for polar bear. Our basketball team was the Nome High Nanooks back then. I grew up in Nome, Alaska, and that's where the owner wants this TB to go. I will try to help it get there. Reference TBNEZT.
