(original mission) Guss the gopher hasn’t had an easy life. Being born in rural Oklahoma, the son of a skunk and gopher, life has been hard on him. Being shunned by the local gopher community, he has decided to make his way to the mythical Garden State of New Jersey. There he hopes to fit in with the diversified gopher culture on the east coast and frolic in the lush gardens he has only dreamed of seeing. Came by for another TB who needed a trip west only to find someone had already visted and swapped Bugs. Turns out Guss also could use a ride out west toward Oklahoma. He has visted the Lush Garden State. I took hime to a small but noteworthy garden. The Rose Gardens here had over 55 variety of Roses alone plus many other numerous flowers and plants.

    • Guss at the entrance Here we are at the entrance to a nice NJ garden
    • Inside the garden While not as vast as some, this is still a decent NJ garden with over 55 variety of roses. Also he was interested to see the 'water gardening'. (See plants in pond).
