Duong: Son Of The Metal Bugs

To travel North, South, East and everywhere in-between before returning to the Metal Bugs of Mystery Discovered cache or somewhere in Seattle sometime in the Summer of 2005. My good friends Team Cake or Death? told me I had to visit their old stomping grounds like Ithaca and Elmira, NY...Bowling Green, OH...and Richmond, IN before heading back, but we'll see where my travels take me.

Hi! My name is Duong. I am the son of a couple of metal bugs that protect a cache in Seattle, Washington. I have had a great time meeting all sorts of friends who have come to visit our cache and have always envied their travels. Finally it's now my time to do some traveling. Mom and dad have given me permission to strike out on my own hitchiking with the nice people who we have come to meet while protecting our cache. I have done a year and a half of traveling already but mom and dad are not ready to retire as of yet, so I have another year to travel before I have to come back to my family to take over the duties of protecting our cache. During that time I would like to go to the South, North, East and everywhere in between eventually returning to the Metal Bugs of Mystery Discovered cache or somewhere in Seattle sometime in the Summer of 2005.

Note from Mom: Please take care of my boy! It was so great to see him again! The time we had together was great! I am sooooo worried about him. I told him to call home whenever he can and take as many pictures as possible. We love him so much and can't wait to see him return again!

Note from Dad: Ha ha, so many stories from my travels as a boy, I was glad to hear some of his. Trouble follows us around like a bug so don't hesitate to get him into some more trouble. A boy needs a little debauchery. Introduce him to some nice female bugs if you can!

Note from Team Cake or Death?: It became painfully clear when we first placed Duong in a cache that he may not survive in one piece especially his legs. If you find him and he is in bad shape, please repair him a bit or at least make him look nice. If he returns to us without any legs, we won't be heartbroken.
