Travels with Harry

Our cat, Harry, is rather miffed that he does not get to travel with us as we human Alethiometrists sneak around in the woods, dig up interesting things, and come home late in the day to a cat with an empty food bowl. Is he not our beloved daemon familiar? Why should dogs get all the fun of geocaching with their humans?


Harry finds travel bugs not so easy to eat as the crawling variety.


On the other hand, who needs to come home crawling with ticks? Harry likes to eat bugs, but doesn't care for bugs eating him!

Now, he's got his own travel bug, so he can go with us in spirit. And we can post our stories here so Harry will know what he's missing. And who knows? Perhaps someday his travel bug will explore the world without us, collecting even more exciting stories.

With his rigorous nap schedule, Harry's availability for geocaching is limited.
