About This Item

Thrown by the Mountain Gods, this copper geocoin is a unique one of a kind item that I have chosen to release for other geocachers to see and enjoy. Please do not keep this item. It was released for all to enjoy.

About Thundereggs: Thundereggs are spherical masses of rock that range in size from less than an inch to four feet in diameter . Most are about the size of a baseball. They have a knobby rind of drab, siliceous rock and a cavity filled with agate. From the out side they appear nondescript, but when sawed open and polished they may reveal the most exquisite and colorful designs ranging from five-pointed stars to miniature gardens.

This coin was purchased directly from it's producer.

6/14/09: Discovered on May 23 on a fun trip with -cheeto- to chase some lonely caches and my Y for his Wisconsin Alphabet of Places Challenge. Sorry about the copy and paste on some of these, but three weeks later I am still trying to catch up! Thanks for taking the time to get the numbers to me Shane! I do remember this one!
