  • Officer Happy Meets Officer D. Roberge Officer Happy meets Officer D. Roberge of the Quebec Provinvial Police just after she stopped a perp. Officer Roberge is assigned to the Brome-Mississquoi detatchment in the beautiful Eastern Townships about 50 Miles East of Montreal. She was on patrol in the City of Cowansville, Quebec, when Officer Happy introduced himself.
