Current Goal

I am owned by Alyssa W. Gloria was born in San Diego, CA. It had the best childhood a travel bug could ever ask for. She went to Disney, Disney California, Busch Gardens, up north, down south and all over the region. She can swim, ren really fast and hold her breath for a long time. My travel bug is the nicest of them all!!

About This Item

I am a project of Mrs. Whites 7th grade science class at Diplomat Middle School in Cape Coral, FL. There are 30 of us that have been sent out to see how far we can go. We will keep track of each one of us on a map of the US (or the world, if necessary!) Each student, through a special grant from The Foundation for Lee County Public Schools and On-Site Health and Vaccines, has been given a travelbug to track. We are all registered under our teacher, Mrs. White, so that she can keep track of them for us. When the school year ends, we will all get reassigned to each student. If you have one of us, please take it as far as you can. Some of us were left in Mrs. White's cache, (Mrs. White's Cache Class) and some of us were put in two other local caches because there wasn't enough room to put us in just one! If you can take pictures of us, please do and send them to us via Mrs. White's cache. We will try and make an album and post it on a website by the end of the year. Thanks for all your help!!!

    It was a pleasure taking care of Gloria. She travelled with us from the Netherlands (Holland) all the way to Switzerland. We left Gloria in the Cave of Dorneck cache near the town of Basel. I'm sure Gloria will feel right at home in the Dorneck Ruin between the thousands of lizzards that kept scuffling around through the vegetation that grows on the ruin walls.
    I've posted two photos. One of the ruin (note the arrow pointing out where Gloria is hidden) and one of Gloria with the Cave of Dorneck cache.

    we didn't find Gloria at Mary's Ducks but at Priory View Dover.We are on our way to France and we will drop her off there.I hope she will enjoy Europe before she comes back to the U.S.?hil 😎

    We found gloria hanging out on top of a cliff. She was eager to continue her journey. Right now she is in very safe hands of our daughter who is in 4th grade. I will be going on a business trip soon maybe I'll bring her with me. She seems to be day dreaming about Europe. We wonder if she would like to go. Stay tuned.....
