Hello, my name is Officer Dan.
I am a Police officer in the NYPD Travel Bug Division (T.B.D.), My job is to hunt down Low Life Travel bugs that have been giving Geocaching a bad name. I am traveling the world and interrogating all and every travel bug that I meet to insure that they are not violating the laws of Geocaching.

  • GEO arrives at South Mountain Park South Mountain Park is one of the most visited parks in Arizona. Located within the metro area of Phoenix, it is a favorite for hiking, biking and running. GEO has some inkling that some baddies may be using this park for illicit activities.
  • Marcos de Niza Rock GEO stops by this landmark on his way into the park.
  • Short rest stop GEO rests on on racky ledge with views of Camelback Mountain in the background. Hard to believe, 2.5 million people live nearby.
  • What's up with the prickly trees? GEO notices some 'prickly trees' in the background. Those must be the Saguaro cacti everybody talks about.
  • Preparing to go undercover GEO goes into hiding to keep up his surveillance of the area.

Geo Cop made a trip to MI this weekend. He helped us search out and interrogate Quilting Bug we picked up Sat. and Lewis Merriwether the Lewis & Clark Bug. He found them both to be clean and trouble free,however, not real pleased with Lewis and Clark''s past dealing with the Native Americans. In the name of the US they just told the poor Natives We just wanted to let you know, we are claiming this land of yours for the United States, so here''s some paperwork and beads. See ya But nothing Geo Cop can do about that now as the statute of limitations on this one has expired. Will be placing GeoCop in a new cache soon so he can continue on traveling.

I have the Fuzz!! I hope he has fun traveling around w/us for a while til we get him closer to one of the bad guys!😉He met with Gramma's Gecko before she was placed in the cache he was leaving. And he is now in the company od New Jersey Land Shark. N.J. is a hammerhead, but also a pussycat!! No criminal activity in his past!👍
