Current Goal

My goal is to get to the Dr. Suess National Memorial in Springfield, MA. And get a picture with the Lorax statue there, then get back to Team Lorax in Rockledge, Florida. I can be returned to any cache's in the Central Florida Area and they will retrieve me.

Along the way I'd like to get pictures with Dr. Seuss related objects and people. Theme parks, statues, libraries, etc.

About This Item

This is our first travel bug!!!

For Team Lorax this little guy has been sitting around waiting for his tag. He was part of a xmas present, the tag was part of a b-day present. So we're sending him out into the world and hope that he finds many others whose childhood (and even adulthood in our case) was or has been touched by Dr. Suess's books and stories.

Besides, looking at his picture, doesn't he just look like he's got his thumb out like he's hitchhiking for a ride?

Well, imagine that!

After having been missing for about three and a half years, the Lorax has returned!

He seems to be missing his hitchhiking arm. Maybe that's what slowed him down!
