Danielle and her 3 sisters, Arabella, Bridget, and Candice are racing each other from their vacation in Palm Springs, CA back to Pittsburgh, PA. Each sister hopes to be the first to arrive back in western Pennsylvania.

Four Sisters

After a January with weeks of single digit temperatures, nearly 3 feet of snow, and a disappointing end to the Steelers’ football season in Pittsburgh, Danielle and her sisters decided to treat themselves to a trip to sunny Palm Springs, California. They arrived for Valentine’s Day
and have been having lots of fun soaking up the sun in the desert, but now its time for them to come home. Each sister chose a different Geocache site from which to start the journey back home. Each sister is armed with a picture of Pittsburgh, to help guide her home. They’re racing to see which sister will arrive back in Pittsburgh, PA first!

Found Danielle after quite an adventure in Ault Park here in Cincinnati this afternoon. I'll be heading to Cleveland this weekend. I would take her all the way with me, but I think that I will drop her off in Columbus. 2 reasons - 1. I think Columbus is a bit closer to Pittsburgh, and 2. Us Clevelanders don't like anything to do with Pittsburgh, and I'm afraid what might happen to her if I leave her up there. Regardless, it looks like she's certainly going to win the race.

I'm bringing it back home! Greetings from Cincinnati -- my wife & I retrieved the bug on our vacation to Sedona. Danielle is alive & well and sitting on my desk. I plan to place her in a Cincinnati cache some time this week.
