I want to go to Australia and spread the news about the Gold Country geotourism program.  P. S.  I have reached Australia Woohoo!!!  So what now?  Just keep me travelling so I can see more of the world.  Asia would be nice.

About This Item

24 caches found Gold Bar from Gold Country Geotourism (not real gold).  Gold Country is located in the intetior of British Columbia and has established a fantastic geotourism program. By the fall of 2012 they had launched two series of geocaches.  Each series features local history within the Gold Country area and includes people, places and things.  There are 72 caches in each series.  A glossy-covered booklet has been printed for each series and includes a photo, writeup and all the pertinent information for each cache.  The booklets are a great keepsake.  Each cache contains stickers which geocachers can attach to a sticker page and submit.  For every 24 caches found a 24 caches found Gold Bar is awarded to use as a trackable.

It appears that our 24 Find Gold Bar trackable has been taken from this cache and either kept or not logged and moved. It travelled over 22,000 miles which is awesome. Too bad that some cachers either don't know caching etiquette about trackables or feel they must take and keep them. :)
