The object for this coin is to travel steadily eastwards, circle the globe and return to North Saanich where it started. If you find the coin please try to place it to the EAST of wherever you found it, or somewhere close where it might get a quick trip eastwards, such as a local airport.
Argo is a large international project to monitor the climate of the oceans. Argo floats are robots that travel around the world underwater.
