The cache stood out but I thought it was a wad of chewed bubble gum. Closer inspection on the second canvass revealed the truth of it. Also, the TPTB should have a "Beer" attribute.
Spotted the cache because it was the only thing that didn't look like the LP cover art of the Talking Heads' Fear of Music. :)
My first hunch was correct but when I couldn't disassemble the rod, then focused on the hook and started imagining all kinds of evil hides. Thanks to Harry, got back to my first hunch and applied more elbow grease. Cruel but fair.
This took a second canvass and this time feeling every bolt to find this fun hide.
Kismet. Pulled up to GZ, check the sign but then spotted the bison's key ring. And the car was perfectly positioned to block any prying eyes.
Surprised this FTF was still out there. One every month so far. It's 2001 all over again. Gladys Kravitz complicated the replace.
Bushwhacked along the elevation line and wished I had brought my hiking stick. Cache was out in the open. SMH.
Surprised this cache hasn't been muggled. I'll take the easy grab but one wonders what the original hide looked like.
