The CITO coin in being placed in honor of our scout den's recent accomplishment in earning their Leave No Trace award. CITO is an aspect of caching that I encourage my children to practice on a regular basis while caching, as we teach respect for our planet starting at a young age. CITO has no specific mission, but requests that as you move him along sightseeing, you help clean up our beautiful planet and respect the enviroments around you as you enjoy your caching! It would be great to see him travel back to the western/central MA area at some point, so that we can view any entries in the journal he is attached to. I'd love to hear stories about good turns and/or major LNT aplications that occur on your way :)
CITO is attached to a small journal. Feel free to write a note regarding low enviromental impact, LNT, scouting good turns, poetry that holds our Earth to high regard,or anything else you would like to share!
