Excellent news!!! I found it in the Germantown TB Jail (Police station) which is a multi puzzle cache that can only be done during business hours. So I immediately RESCUED YOUR TB FROM THIS TRACKABLE HELL!

😌 Our first TP! Saved Captin'Nolan from being eaten by the critters gnawing up the cache container he was hidden in. Will send him on his way out of town this weekend.

I must apollogize for the delay in placing the capt. We set out on a trip to place the captn but left him at home by mistake. We are going to try some cashed to the south and will send him on his way today.
