Current Goal

Sagasu jeeps like to park in safe caches. Scenic non-urban or muggle-free locations are more important than moving quickly or putting on a lot of miles, though feel free to take this one on an exotic vacation. Please be careful where you park it, or pass it on to other trusted hands to move along down the road. Photos of its travels are always welcome!

In general, our jeeps would like to avoid hotels and events, along with most urban hides where collectors or muggles seem to take a toll on coin and travel bug survival. Proven safe caches and off-road locations are usually better stops. Please consider those factors when moving trackables. Sometimes the hopes and dreams of a young cacher rides with them.

About This Item

Midnight Blue Jeep

This is the second midnight blue jeep, one of a fifth series of Sagasu jeeps to hit the road following the original green, safari, and sky blue colors, as well as a pair of 1/19 scale model rubicons, one black and one white. Our jeep TBs have visited three continents so far and are presently being sighted in the Czech Republic and New Zealand, as well as throughout North America.

Sagasu contacted us to see if we could check in on this travel bug, it had been sitting in the cache for a long time and they were worried that it may have gotten lost along the way. We were the last ones to see the cache when we logged The Green Lake Leprechauns this spring and it had not been logged since then. We found the travel bug and the glove my wife lost last spring. We washed the glove and grabbed the travel bug with plans to move it. We had plans to take care of some business in our old home town of West Bend so we did a bit of research and found a suitable cache and we plan to drop it there this Wednesday.

Well...This TB wanted to go to rural hidden away caches. This one definitely fits the bill.

Took this TB for a spin since the owner wasn't there. Now, off to a nice secluded cache for some R/R.

Saw this one listed as a resident in this cache as Hibiscus and I were planning a trip here. I called "dibs" on it right away and had to convince her that she could have the next. (I would have kicked your butt in a thumb war anyway Hibiscus. Your thumbs would have gotten too cold out of your big puffy mitties!) Never have had a Sagasu Jeep in my possession. I will certainly honor the owner and find a safe non-urban cache for this to hang out in for awhile. Now to pick one....Hmmm.....

BakRdz and I discovered this shiny blue jeep on a scenic, non-urban, muggle-free island. I would have retrieved it but BakRdz beat me in arm wrestling to earn the right. I should have gone with a thumb war.
