Byron is on a five year mission to visit National Parks.

About This Item

Byron the bison

Byron came to work for me in 1995 to guard my cubicle.
He grew up in Yellowstone National Park and now feels it's time to take some time off and roam about the country. The way Bisons like to do.
He has been doing a fine job and deserves this vacation.

Byron would like to return to Yellowstone and see Old Faithful again.
It is violation of federal regulation to place a cache in any area administered by the National Park Service but he would like to visit as many National Parks around the country as he can with Geocachers visiting National Parks.
When he has finished his visit with you please place him in a legal geocache for his next adventure.

Please take pictures of him at National Park attractions and post the pictures here on his web page.
Also feel free to take a picture of him with you and post it.
I would like to see the people and places he encounters in his travels.

Please help him out and take him on vacation with you.

If it is July 2008 or later Byron will need to be heading homeward to the Roseville Travel Bug Depot.
