Current Goal

Therewas/is a note inside the bag that says "Travel Bug, Stolen Flamingol" from Spokane, WA. Released in route to the Hiawatha in Montana 8-19-11. Would like to go some place tropical.

About This Item

I was Co-FTF at Coyle Creek Crevice cache #GC32GNR last week and grabbed this pink flamingo trackable. When I tried logging it in, the trackable had not been activated yet.  I contacted the CO that placed it in his new cache. He grabbed the trackable from a cache in Montana, tried to log it, but found it not activated yet. So, I've decided to activate this trackable, so it can start to get its miles.

    We've been holding onto this guy since 2011, he went from our home in San Francisc, California o to Germany, France, then all the way to Mexico! We've decided to finalyl part with him here in Oranjestad, Aruba, so he can have that tropical vacation he always dreamed about!!

    I hate having to write Notes like this, but it has to be done. This TB is definitely not in the "Nice View" cache in Central California. We completely emptied the cache when we found it, and there were no travelers in it. Sorry to have to report this bad news 😟 Please retrieve this, or mark it "Missing", so that other cachers don't come looking for it. Thank you!
