To visit as many astronomically important sites as possible in the Northern hemisphere, including observatories, planetaries, astronomical scientific institutions etc. Please take a photo of any astronomic facility/institution visited (that is, visited a nearby cache), with (preferably) or without the geocoin.
This very beautiful GC post-celebrates the International Astronomomical Year in 2009. Please make sure it moves on from cache to cache, and that it fulfils its mission of visiting astronomically interesting sites. And please avoid placing it in caches at high risk of muggling as this is an item many mugglers might enjoy grabbing. We trust any geocacher to respect the ethical code of passing it on swiftly and safely to a new cache, rather than keeping it for long.
