When I picked up this coin, I decided that this would be the cache I dropped it in. This cache was published 12/09/12 but I had not looked for it yet. I have been working to fill some of the December and January spots on the 366 day grid. I figured this would be a good cache to go for on a day when the driving conditions were good but time and/or weather conditions ruled out caches that were not quick park and grabs.
We are having a cold spell. Perhaps not too cold by the standards of those north of us but cold enough for my hands to get cold fast even with gloves on. I think it was around 8F when I visited this cache early this afternoon. The winds had died down and the chill temperature was about -8F.
This cache is just off Interstate 90. Along this part of the highway it is also Hwy 39. I always put a watch on trackables I move along. I look forward to watching the movements of this coin.
