This coin would first off would like to travel down Interstate 90 to the state of Minnesota (9 letters) where the rest stop cache "Rest By Me" Cache (GCJR0) is, which so happens to be located between Highways 19 & 91 on I-90. Once thats accomplished, the coin can move on to places/caches that have the number 9 (NINE) in the title or is associated with the number 9. The coin could visit a basball diamond since there are 9 innnings in baseball. The coin could placed near a pet store or humane society as cats have 9 lives. Visit DC, near the capital as there are 9 Justices there. Visit a cache near a pool hall where 9 ball is played there. The coin could visit Louisiana, New Jersey, New Mexico or Wisconsin (states with 9 letters). I think you get the idea.
