While doing some cache Inventory I saw that your trackable has been listed in this cache for 7 months. I decided to verify and found that it has been Removed and NOT inside the listed cache. I am going to Mark it as missing to remove it from the cache listing. I suggest that you review the online logs for a potential person that may have retrieved it and not logged it.
