To travel to Hawaii and the Carribbean and finally return to port in Skippack, Pa.
Flipper was a dolphin in a TV series from my younger days, who was very helpful to his friends in each episode. I hope the folks he visits will be helpful to each other.

2016. Flipper went missing soon after he was launched. I have chosen to send out a replacement tb as a fire truck to keep up with his mission as a helpful entity.
November 2018. This tb has disappeared again. I will give it a reasonable time to reappear, then I will replace it again...
