Way back in April I thought I'd have this coin back into TMT - Completion in a week. I dropped it in my pack and its stayed there since, going everywhere I've gone... While I'd returned to Tiger Mt a number of times, even usually making my way down on the Cableline trail not too far from the final, there was always something that prevented me from popping over to drop the coin.
I'm pretty fond of this coin now as it had visited some great places with me and I really wanted to return it to its home, so I planned to do so after my milestone hike today. It was great (although downright strange!) to meet Brainbumps on the way down from the milestone hike with this in mind!
Some of the places this coin has visited since April... Tiger Mt (various times, including when I drop the Vertigo cache off the cliff and had to go find it), Wallace Falls, Original Stash Plaque, GeoWoodstock VI, Spenceville Wildlife Area in CA (where rb, Jaded & co. left me to die!), Taylor Mt, Hadley Falls (the time we found the cache!), Shellrock Peak (=happy place), Mailbox Mt, Stegosaurus Butte, Granite Mt, Lester, Little Si, MidMountain Mountain, the Iron Horse Trail from Hyak to Cedar Falls (on foot because bikes are the work of the devil!), Denny Creek to Melakwa Lake to Talapus Lake, Mt Index, Cedar Butte, Mt St Helens, an EarthCache in OR, Wedge Mt, Denny Mt, Mt Margaret, Geocache (GCD), Teneriffe to Mt Si, Rattlesnake Mt, Silver Peak, Annette Lake, The Palisades, Olympia and all the virtuals at the Capitol, Rainy Lake, Annette Lake Trail to the APE cache and McClellan Butte. And a whole lot of crazy bushwhacking!
It was great fun knowing this coin, which had traveled so much before I got hold of it, was along with me and I was a little sad returning it to where it belonged :-) Thanks!
