Bobby loves the water. Bobby hates winter. Bobby is cold and miserable and misses summer. Bobby wants to go somewhere warm and sunny. So he can swim and have fun. Bobby would like to go to California and see the ocean.

After that he would like to visit beaches, lakes, rivers, and water parks. Any place where he can swim, surf, snorkel, scuba-dive, water-ski, canoe, raft, etc. (Basically anything water related.) Because, as Bobby says:

Please help Bobby toward his goal. And please keep Bobby, his tag, and the instruction sheets together.

Well after all the trouble with this -- cache getting muggled -- then finally returned -- now it appears that at some point after the cache was returned Bobby was taken out of the cache but never logged. I'm marking it as lost for right now, maybe he'll turn up.
