Current Goal

Update Feb 29, 2004. BIL suffered a resounding defeat in his first race against "Homey Comes Home" (see below). But another race with Homey is now on! He and Homey are now racing from California to the "Get'n Wiggy w/it" cache in Naples, Florida. (See Get'n Wiggy w/it web page here) If you pick him up, please head him in that direction!

Details of last race: BIL started a cross-country race on Aug 7, 2003. He started his race from the Boney View Tool Cache in Southern California and was racing to get to the Here Come Da Judge Cache in Eastern Massachusetts (Scituate, MA to be specific). He was racing against the Homey Comes Home travel bug (See Homey's web page here) who started on the same day and was doing the same race in reverse. Homey won that race soundly, arriving on January 25, 2004.

What a small world geocaching can be. Found this bug in Safe Passage - Maitland in Florida. I see where Team Dakiba has had his hands on this bug several times. I (Bob) was just talking to Team Dakiba at the So Cal Crush Picnic just a few days ago. Then I come here on vacation and find this bug. To bad it isn't time to race back to California. Oh well. I'll find a place for it here in Florida before I return to California.
