Thuringian sausage is a unique sausage from the German state of Thuringia which has PGI status under EU law. *** Die Thüringer Bratwurst ist eine regionale Bratwurst-Spezialität aus dem Bundesland Thüringen, die seit 2004 eine geschützte geografische Angabe ist.
