Current Goal

The mission of this coin is to cycle to as many different countries as possible. It would great if the bicycle could be photographed whilst it is on it's travels to show the places it has visited.

About This Item

My husband and I are keen cycle tourers and we have toured in quite a few countries in Europe. We thought it would be nice to set off a bicycle geocoin each in a race to see which coin makes it to the most countries.

You can see how 'Jon's Bicycle Geocoin' is doing in the race here.

We have had some great times cycletouring and can highly recommend it as a great way to travel and see a country. If you want to find out a bit more about cycle touring or read some of our travelogues from our tours, then please have a look at our website www.cycletourer.co.uk.

Unfortunately the original geocoin went missing in France. However we were contacted by Zork V a Kiwi cacher in New Zealand who very kindly offered to make us a new version which you can see here. So with grateful thanks to Zork V the bicycle is reborn and back on its travels!
