The American Civil War started in 1861, 150 years ago this year. The War of 1812 started in, well, 1812, which will be 200 years ago next year. In commemoration of these events, and to honor the men and women who have fought and fallen under the shadow of war, Joshua (named for Joshua Chamberlain, of the 20th Maine) is setting out to see the sights and pay his respects. Please help him travel from Lexington, where the American Revolutionary War began in April of 1775, to caches near other battlefields, and other neat caches along the way.
